Located in the historic Liberties in the centre of Dublin, Teeling Whiskey Distillery is one of Dublin’s newest tourist areas for whiskey lovers. The distillery is one of Dublin City’s only fully operational distilleries, having been the first to open in the capital for 125 years.

Teelings offer a first-hand experience for guests of the distillery process, allowing you to witness the sights and smells of the process of distilling whiskey. The tour offers unique insights into the history of Teelings as well as whiskey-making in Dublin in general, and therefore offers a great day out for those interested in Dublin’s history.

Following your tour, the distillery offers unique tasting experiences of their award-winning whiskeys, with tastings tailored to keen whiskey connoisseurs and novices alike.

Teeling Whiskey Distillery is situated just 8km away from West County Hotel, or around 20 minutes via car or bus. Take Bus 26 from outside the hotel and get off at stop 1478 (Inns Quay, Chancery Place). Teeling Whiskey Distillery is located a 10 minute walk from this bus stop.
