At the West County Hotel, we are very much aware that your Wedding Day is that one special day that you will probably cherish for the rest of your life. Our staff and management will endeavour, along with your appointed Wedding Coordinator, to make it an occasion to remember. Whether you are having a small informal celebration or a large traditional Wedding Breakfast, our well trained staff will help you plan the big day down to the final detail. Our banqueting Suite, the Princess Isolde Suite, can cater for up to 130 guests for a traditional sit down meal or for up to 150 for a buffet style meal. We will also assist you with your Table Plan and seating arrangements. Apart from the banquet itself, our services range beyond the boundaries of the hotel. We can tailor make an occasion fit for a Princess, whether it is recommending a choice of florist, beautician, cake supplier, limousine service, room decorations or photographer. We have a contact list of well recommended services which we can pass onto you or assist you in putting together a special package.

On arrival at the Hotel, we recommend one of our "Welcome Drink" selections, ranging from Freshly Brewed Tea or Coffee, Buck's Fizz or Sherry or Wine Reception. Just the thing to "break the ice" among your Guests.

With a choice of six Menus available, from finger buffet to five course banquets, we are certain that we will have a selection to suit your palate and your pocket. All our dishes are freshly prepared in our Kitchens by our .highly trained Kitchen Brigade. We can also cater for special diets, vegetarians, children's menus etc. If there is something special you have in mind, or would like us to help you with your menu choice, our Catering Manager will be more than glad to sit down and discuss the options available with you. We have an excellent choice of Wines available to your Guests from the finest Vineyards in Europe, the Med and the New World.

If you would like us to arrange the entertainment, we will be more than pleased to do so. We have a huge portfolio of Artistes, ranging from Harp Soloists to 10 Piece Show bands, not to mention Karaoke or Discos. After your meal, the Princess Isolde Suite will be prepared for your evening celebrations and for the arrival of any evening guests. We can also organise canapes or a buffet for these people.

We are pleased to offer you a Complimentary overnight stay, with full Irish Breakfast, here at our Hotel or at our sister hotel, Lucan Spa Hotel, just 10 minutes drive away. We also offer discounted rates for your Guests wishing to stay the night. (These must be pre booked). A changing room is also available during the day (subject to availability).
