The Pine Restaurant

The Pine Restaurant mixes chic décor with a grand elegance and tops it off with delicious food to create that perfect evening meal in Dublin. The hotel is passionate about providing tasty and unique dishes, whilst maintaining a perfect variety for guests of all tastes and palates. There is a heavy bias on sourcing local ingredients to ensure freshness and quality and the menus are a mix of classic Irish and European dishes.

A full wine list provides wine lovers with a large selection of wines from all over the world, with some fine wines from Chile, France, South Africa and Australia to name a few. Champagnes and sparkling wines are especially reserved for the celebration of a family get together of special occasion.

The Liffey Bar

Dublin is known for its Bars and Pubs, and The Liffey Bar lives up to the high reputation. A fully stocked bar, guests can enjoy the perfectly poured pint of the “Black Stuff” or chill over a glass of fine wine. The Liffey Bar offers a cosy and informal atmosphere and is the ideal venue for chilling after a long day of catching the sights and attractions of Dublin City.

Throughout the afternoon until late in the evening, The Liffey Bar serves its popular bar menu, stuffed with a vast range of snacks and international dishes and ideal for any level of peckish or hunger.

The Liffey Bar is also home to The West County Daily Carvery, known throughout West Dublin for its freshness, variety and quality. Choose from a selection of roast meats, poultry and fish dishes perfect for your work lunch or meeting with colleagues. The West County Carvery also has a selection of wraps, paninis and sandwiches made freshly available from our sandwich bar to keep you going throughout the day.
